Summary:
They tried to examine the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of a four-week, telephone-delivered positive psychology intervention for patients with bipolar depression. There were 25 hospitalized patients scheduled to receive either a PP (n=14) or a CC (control condition; n=11). PP finished 3 out of 4 PP exercises and compared to CC group the PP group had better improvements.
